Wedding cake prices begin at $2.70 per serving for wedding/tiered cakes, for basic flavors, basic decorations and buttercream icing.  Prices increase for specialty and top shelf flavors and fillings, fondant icing, time-consuming decorations, topsy-turvy carved cakes, etc.

Gumpaste flowers are created from a sugar dough, and can range from life-like to whimsical.  They are hand-made by Beth's Cakes and placed on your cake, and can be kept after the ceremony as a keepsake if desired.  There is an extra charge for gumpaste flowers because of the time they take to make.  There is no worry of pesticides with sugar flowers!

Fresh flowers should be purchased by the bride through a reputable florist who can assure use of pesticide-free, non-toxic flowers.  I do not place or arrange fresh flowers, but will gladly coordinate with the florist regarding sizes of tiers and timing of cake set-up.

Fresh flower stems should never be placed into the cake, as this not only affects the appearance of the slice of cake when served, but can lead to a bad taste due to leakage from the flower stems, and the taste of the stems themselves.
