Add a filling if you wish...included in the cost of the cake are strawberry, raspberry, bavarian cream, or chocolate bavarian cream.  For an additional fee, you can have white chocolate mousse, chocolate mousse, cookies n cream mousse, white russian mousse, white chocolate mousse flavored with Chambord or Amaretto, or lemon curd.
